📌Travel Support Representative (Premium International Airline Account)📌
👉Completed 2 years in college.
👉With at least 1 year international airline account experience in a BPO.
👉Must be familiar with the GDS system.
👉Experience in chat or email support is also an advantage.
👉Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
👉Amenable to work in rotating shifts.
👉Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
📌Outbound Collections Specialist | Australian Payment Plan Provider (Dayshift)📌
👉Completed at least 2 years in college
👉Required 2 years BPO experience with at least 3 months of collections experience.
👉Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation)
👉Amenable to work in rotating shifts
