We came to learn. We left inspired. 💚

Our recent visit to PIMCO – Pilar Multipurpose Cooperative was a meaningful journey of learning, sharing, and connection.

Every conversation opened a new perspective. Every practice we observed offered a lesson. And every story shared reminded us of the power of a cooperative that continues to grow with and for its members.

To the people behind PIMCO, thank you for opening your doors and sharing your experiences with us. Your warm welcome and generosity made this learning visit truly memorable.

We bring these lessons with us—not simply to replicate what we have seen, but to find ways to adapt, improve, and create something even better for our own members and community.

Because progress begins when we remain willing to learn.

Thank you, PIMCO, for the inspiration. 🤝🌱

OF THE WORKERS. FOR THE WORKERS. BY THE WORKERS

This is more than a statement.
This is the spirit of the Workers’ Cooperative Committee (WCC).

JOBNET Multipurpose Cooperative was honored to welcome Sir Robby Tulus, Former Director of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), and Sir Romulo Villamin, ICS Managing Director of MASS-SPECC, as they visited to witness the continuing journey and development of the WCC.

Their visit was a meaningful opportunity to see what makes a workers’ cooperative truly different—workers coming together not only to work, but to participate, to own, to decide, and to build together.

Because when workers have a voice, they gain confidence.
When workers have ownership, they gain responsibility.
And when workers stand together, they create possibilities that no individual could build alone.

The WCC carries a vision of a cooperative movement that puts workers at the heart of its purpose.

Of the workers.
For the workers.
By the workers.

This is our story.
This is our purpose.
And this is the future we continue to build—together.

WCC — A Real, Genuine Workers’ Cooperative.
