Requirements (OLD Beneficiary):
- Xerox copy of registration form for 1st semester 2026-2027 (College students)
- Certificate from Public Senior High School signed by any school authority provided that the applicant continued his/her studies for the 1st semester (Sr. High students)

Requirements (NEW Beneficiary):
- Barangay certificate for residency
- Original copy of registration form for college students
- Certificate of enrollment provided that the applicant is a bonafide student of Public Senior High School; and
- Recommendation from MSWDO

Apply now at the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) located at 2F, Mayor's Office, New Municipal Building, and look for Ma'am Abigail G. Montes
