1. Show your initiative. Tell us about a time you spotted a problem at work and fixed it without being asked. We hire people who think.

2. Be specific about your skills. Do not say "good at accounting." Say "I handle full-cycle bookkeeping in Xero for SME clients including BAS preparation."

3. Tell us why offshore work suits you. We want people who genuinely thrive working remotely with international clients — not people just looking for any job.

From your first conversation with us to having a fully onboarded, productive offshore team member working in your business: 30 days.
