It also seeks to provide income support to families, helping them with school-related expenses such as food, school supplies, and allowances for children.
The initiative is a collaborative effort between the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), aligning with the government's commitment to quality education and the livelihood needs of Filipino families.

The Local Government Unit of Monreal through its PESO plays a crucial role in supporting business sectors through the implementation of DOLE programs. These programs aim to enhance job creation, improve human resources and foster sustainable work opportunities.

The LGU Monreal through our dedicated and hardworking Mayor, Hon. Glenda L. Villahermosa, continues to collaborate with DOLE Regional and Provincial Offices to ensure that the benefits of these programs reach the most vulnerable sectors of the economy, including displaced workers, underemployed individuals, and seasonal workers.
