📢 WE'RE HIRING: 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Perform fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing, terminations, and troubleshooting
• Conduct testing and validation of spliced cables to ensure signal quality and compliance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
• Operate bucket trucks, splicing trailers, and other required tools and equipment
• Ensure all work is performed following company, industry, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to signal loss, fiber breaks, or splicing errors
• Support emergency repairs and on-call duties when necessary

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lineman Splicer
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus)
• Strong understanding of fiber optic and copper splicing techniques
• Proficient with splicing tools and testing equipment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions, heights, and confined spaces
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

This role requires physical strength, technical skill, and the ability to work safely at heights and in various outdoor conditions.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical lines and related equipment
• Prepare and secure work areas with proper signage and safety measures
• Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, diggers, and hand tools near electrical distribution lines
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures at all times
• Install primary and secondary electrical systems
• Work effectively in various weather conditions

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Must have completed Lineman Training NC II
• Preferably a graduate of an electrical vocational course
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lineman in electrical engineering, power plants, technical services, or manufacturing industries
• Physically fit and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Trained in safety procedures
• Familiar with basic MS Office applications
