CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End to End Recruitment process.
2. Job Posting (Across all sourcing job portals)
3. Frontline and support sourcing (harvesting leads on job portals for account specific requirement and support roles.
4. Phone screening (doing basic checks on the minimum qualification of the candidates)
5. Scheduler for Frontline and Support Interviews (Check availability of the interviewer and schedule the candidates accordingly)
6. Revisiting Active Applications on Database for Mass Text Blast
7. Sending Text blast daily (Sending Text Invite, Reminder EOD and Texting the candidate first thing in the morning
8. In addition, other clerical and HR related duties as required are to be expected
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/ Sourcing BPO setting and end to End Recruitment.
- Comfortable working in long hours (only if ramping)
- With at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management , Psychology, Marketing or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, but Temporary WFH while on ECQ, MECQ GCQ or the likes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, persistent, creative, proactive and resourceful.
- Can start ASAP.
