We are a company located in Marikina.
We look for On-The-Job Trainees and Part-Time Representatives
that is geared towards acquainting job trainees and job
seekers, to provide work and eventually hire that fits
our needs in the office. As well as providing information
that they need to make the best career choices by teaching
a lot of different skills, like data encoding, designing
brochures, flyers, photography, videography, social media
marketing, search engine optimizations, designing websites, photo and video editing, handling organizational and clerical support tasks, scheduling appointments, writing copy, proofreading,
receiving email, providing online customer service, answers routine inquiries, among others.
Our goal is provide a practical approach to acquiring new competencies and skills needed for a job, in a real, or close to real, working environment. To provide instruction and practice opportunity so that the inexperienced learner can develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform the job tasks associated with his or her job role.
By the time the OJT is finished with the number of hours required to complete the training, he/she will have basic computer literacy skills, organizational skills, strategic planning and scheduling skills, time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, quick-learning skills and will become detail and result oriented individual.
