The recruitment campaign starting from 27 July 2016 in our company facilities.
The aim of this campaign is to test personnel which should be employed in a long term assignment in the territory of the Republic of Kazakistan. The project shall be begin in the middle of October 2016 and be concluded in July 2019. The manpower shall be subject to a variable workload depending on acceleration and deceleration phases.

POSITIONS REQUESTED:
75 - Structural Plate Welders;
50 - Pipe Welder
20 - Foreman Structural Welders;
15 - Foreman Pipe Welders;
25 - Steel Carpenters;
25 - Pipefitters;

Qualifications:
Pipe Welder - Must have WQT Certificates, GTAW/SMAW/FCAW
Plate Welder- Must have WQT Certificates, GTAW/SMAW/FCAW

Main conditions of the project:
• Location: Kazakistan
• Company: StamGazStroy
• Contract: 1 year renewable
• Food: Brekfast and dinner in STAMGazStroy Camp. Lunch wil be served in the field of Kuryk at the client's facilities.
• Accomodation: provided by STAMGazStroy Camp. The personnel will be accommodated in rooms for 3 or 4 workers, depending on the aviability
• Working schedule: 12 hours a day - 7 days a week (offschore regime schedule) - 360 hours a month
• Rotation: 165/30
• Nightshift: it is considered the working shift from 10 pm and the 6 am - shall be paid 30% more than the normal working hourly rate.
• Overtime: paid at 1.5 in case of exceeding the 12 working hours
• Stand by: for reason not depending on the Employee - to be paid at 50% of the working hourly rate (6 hours)
