The July 2025 USCIS Final Action Date Visa Bulletin has been announced for EB3 Green Card applicants! 🩺🇺🇸

Priority dates have recently moved forward for the Philippines and many other countries recently 💫

While a short visa retrogression remains active, this does not change Medliant’s commitment to NCLEX and USRN Sponsorship.

We encourage you to apply today to get your priority date and place in line to immigrate to the USA with Medliant next!

The only change is a small increase in the Green Card processing timeframe, which impacts all applicants of EB3 Green Card Visas, regardless of the occupation or employer/agency.

Medliant continues to file qualified candidates I-140s and ensure your place in line to have you and your family living your American Dream as soon as possible 💫

This chart indicates the date when the applying International Registered Nurse is allowed to move forward into the final steps of the EB3 Green Card Visa application process.

If the EB3 Priority Date on your approved I-140 is before the date specified on the Visa Bulletin pictured above for the country you have citizenship from, Medliant is able to continue with your EB3 (Green Card Visa) application process.

Countries not specifically named are categorized as “All Chargeability Areas,” which is listed as “April 01, 2023” for July 2025, meaning that if your priority date is before this listed date, you are eligible to move forward with the final EB3 Green Card Visa process steps.

Independence Day, or 4th of July, is an annual celebration of nationhood in the USA that commemorates the passage of the Declaration of Independence by the Second Continental Congress on July 4, 1776. This established the United States of America!

To celebrate, communities across the USA will often host get-togethers, barbecues, fireworks, parades, carnivals, picnics, sporting activities and much more, in addition to private family and friend gatherings!

No matter what you decide to do this 4th of July we hope you have fun and enjoy it with your loved ones!
