• Should be able to provide professional nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Must be competent in administering medication safely and accurately, following
prescription and medication policies.
• Must be competent in monitoring resident’s health status and report any changes promptly.
• Must be competent in carrying out clinical procedures such as wound care,
catheter care, and vital-sign monitoring.
• Must be capable in responding appropriately to medical emergencies and incidents.
• Must be able to dress wounds, monitor and suggest recommendations for care and prevention, care planning & documentation.
• Must be keen on maintaining accurate & up to date nursing records and reports.
• Must be able to contribute to multidisciplinary reviews and handover processes.
• Must be willing and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be knowledgeable in basic computer and record keeping skills.
• Must have excellent command of English.

feedback and coaching, the establishment of performance expectations, and by
conducting performance reviews on a regular basis.
• Should be able to frequently interact with Guests to ensure they receive the Fridays Service Style experience; follow up on any issues and complaints they may have.
• Carefully observes kitchen operations and addresses any issues out of alignment
promptly and directly.
• Demonstrates responsibility for purchasing, receiving, and storing food products, an inspection of local suppliers, use of correct products, and proper par levels to minimize food waste and optimize food cost.
