If you are experienced (w/ or without BPO experience), driven and willing to learn, we definitely need you in our team. We are in need of CSR (Customer Service Representatives) to fill in specific accounts:
* Financial accounts
- Senior High school graduate or at least 2nd year college with no back subjects.
- Amenable to work onsite during training until the first month of production. WFH will be followed after getting certified by the project.
Night shift, weekends off but candidates should be amenable w/ scheduled weekend shift due to tax season.
* Insurance Account
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- With at least 18 months BPO voice experience.
- Billing experience is preferred but not required.
- Open to work in the graveyard / night shift schedule.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig city.
* Medical devices
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience. Healthcare and/or Durable Medical Equipment background is good to have.
- Open to the night shift schedule.
- Must be willing to work in Science Hub Tower 2, Taguig.
* Online Video Sharing
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate or completed 2 years in college / any 2 year vocational course.
- Temporary work from home setup; upon RTO, work location is in BGC.
- Open to shifting schedules.
- Must be willing to start immediately.
* PH registered nurses
- Minimum of six (6) months clinical experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic ICD-9 or ICD 10, and CPT Coding is preferred.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active and unrestricted PH license to practice in the Philippines.
- Must be amenable to working in both Giga or Taguig locations. (Temporary WFH set up.)
* US Registered nurses
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active and unrestricted US and PH licenses to practice in both the Philippines and a US state.
- At least one (1) year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Utilization Review/Utilization Management with focus in Precertification review.
- Knowledge on federal, state, URAC, and client protocols is preferred.
- Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule in Manila (Hanston/Giga/Taguig).
* Complaints Management
Specialist to start immediately
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Allied Healthcare.
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in any domain preferably Healthcare and Lifesciences.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or Allied Healthcare.
- Previous work experience with Medical Devices.
- Temporary WFH but needs to be amenable to work onsite – SH4. Rotational shift ( should be amenable to work on weekends).
