Are you an experienced hospitality or housing professional with strong leadership skills? A prestigious Palace in Bahrain is looking for a Staff Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the management, maintenance, and daily operations of their employee housing facilities.
๐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for all palace staff.
- Manage room occupancy, enforce housing policies, and handle residents' needs professionally.
- Supervise the maintenance and daily operations of the housing facilities.
- Handle conflicts, issues, and sensitive situations with high professionalism.
๐ฏ REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
โข Dynamic personality and people interaction skills.
โข Ability to manage and supervise a team to achieve goals.
โข Experience in a Supervisory role in the same or similar field is preferable.
โข Proficiency in the English language is a must.
โข Ability to organize, multi-task and manage time efficiently.
โข Diploma or bachelorโs degree in hospitality management or a related field.
โข Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
โข Good communication and interpersonal skills.
โข Ability to handle conflicts and sensitive situations professionally.
โข Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
โข Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
