📣 Attention: All MOC Seafarers

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reminds all Philippine passport holders not to place any unauthorized stamps or markings on their ePassports.

Based on the DFA Advisory issued on February 25, 2026, adding unauthorized stamps or markings will make the passport invalid and may be considered tampering with an official document, which is punishable by law.

Don't miss out, join the fun! ⚓

The second season of Misuga Health Campaign officially opens with the theme “Strive for Better: One Step Toward Safety, Well-being, and Cleanliness.”

All manned vessels are encouraged to join the campaign from July 1 to September 30, 2025. Onboard crew may choose one from the following focus themes: Safety, Well-being, and Cleanliness. All details and instructions of the campaign were already sent to all vessels.

This Health Campaign was first launched by Misuga in 2024 to encourage the vessels to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their onboard improvement initiatives, whether focused on the crew or on the vessel itself.

Though this initiative, Misuga Kaiun and Manila Ocean Crew hope to inspire enhancements in areas such as safety, well-being, and cleanliness.

Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) announced that seafarers can now conveniently schedule an appointment for their Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID) and Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) through the eGov PH App.

Seafarers may download the eGov PH App in Google Play, App Store, and AppGallery (Huawei).
