Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment (preferred).
- The "Speed" Factor: Proven ability to handle a high-volume "rush" without compromising quality or safety.
- Formal culinary schooling or apprenticeship.
Responsibilities:
- Ex*****on: Prepare a variety of menu items (Sauté, Grill, Pantry, or Fry) to exact recipe specifications and plating standards.
- Preparation: Complete all assigned "prep" lists efficiently before service begins.
- Station Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout the shift; perform "clean-as-you-go" practices.
- Communication: Coordinate timing with the Expo and fellow line cooks to ensure all plates for a table hit the window simultaneously.
-- CHEF DE CUISINE --
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience: 3+ years in high-volume, upscale dining, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Systems-Oriented: Proficient in using kitchen tech for food costing and scheduling.
- Education: Culinary degree preferred, but equivalent experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Train and lead back of house (BOH) staff. Create a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high morale.
