👆Job Description / Technical Requirements:

❗️Expertise in installation, fabrication, alignment, and er****on of fire fighting piping systems

❗️Fire Fighting Pipe Fitters with 3–5 years of relevant industrial/construction experience in fire protection systems

❗️Capable of handling all types of pipes including HDPE, GI, MS, carbon steel, seamless, welded, and grooved piping systems

❗️Experienced in sprinkler networks, hydrant systems, hose reel systems, landing valves, and pump room piping connections

❗️Skilled in operating grooving machines, threading machines, pipe cutting machines, drilling tools, welding support tools, and other pipe fitting equipment

❗️Ability to read and execute piping drawings, isometric drawings, and site layouts independently
❗️Experience in pipe support installation, fit-up, leveling, and pressure test preparation

❗️Familiar with NFPA standards, industrial safety regulations, and site work procedures

❗️Physically fit and capable of working at heights without fear, including scaffolding, lifts, and elevated work platforms

❗️Able to work independently under site supervision and meet project schedules.

Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead E&I QA/QC activities for Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround projects.
 Prepare, implement, and update Quality Plans, ITPs, and QA/QC procedures.
 Supervise QA/QC Inspectors and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / 14001 standards.
 Manage NCRs, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive “First Time Right / No
Defects” initiatives.
 Monitor, define, and report QA/QC statistics and KPIs.
 Conduct QA/QC and HSSE audits on-site.
 Maintain QA/QC documentation in AIMS or AVEVA systems.
 Participate in toolbox talks and support continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
 Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
 10+ years of E&I QA/QC experience in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Power sectors.
 Minimum 3 years as QA/QC Lead and 5 years as QC Inspector.
 Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / 14001, IEC standards, drawings, and permit-to-work
systems.
 Experience with NCR management, RCA, KPI tracking, and QA/QC audits.
 CompEx certified (or must obtain within 3 months).
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
 Good communication skills in English (IELTS Level 7 equivalent).
 Qatari Driving License preferred (or to be obtained within 3 months).
