We are excited to announce that we have named and blessed our three (3) new vessels, Clipper Guardian, Clipper Galiot and Clipper Galleon, The first three (3) of seven (7) 88,000 CBM Class LPG carriers. The naming ceremonies were held on March 9-12, 2026, at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) Shipyard in Ulsan South Korea. The Clipper Guardian is said to be delivered and have its maiden voyages on March 20, 2026.

The naming ceremonies was attended by the Owners- the Steensland Family, Stakeholders, Shipping Executives and Solvang employees.

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to the success of the ceremonies - the Site Team, The Command and Crew of the vessels and all the Solvang Sea and shore employees.

MARINA ADVISORY!

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘:

The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Central Office will implement a 4-DAY ON-SITE WORKWEEK effective 09 March 2026, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 and in support of Republic Act No. 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act.

Work Arrangement:
📍 On-site Work: Monday – Thursday
🏠 Work-From-Home: Friday

FRONTLINE SERVICES REMAIN OPEN (Monday to Friday)

Personnel assigned to frontline services will remain onsite to ensure continuous services, including:

- Issuance of Seafarers’ Identification Document (SID) and Seafarers’ Record Book (SRB) by MARINA Regional Offices and the Manpower Development Service (MDS)
- Issuance of STCW Certificates by the Certification Division (CD)
- Examination and Assessment of Seafarers for the issuance of Certificates of Competency by the Examination and Assessment Division (EAD)

All other services not included above will be processed onsite from Monday to Thursday only.

Other services may still be availed of on Fridays through online platforms, including the MARINA BEST, or through official electronic mail channels. MARINA’s online platforms and email addresses for document requests will remain open to accommodate transactions.
