We are currently hiring for technical recruiters, where you will use your technical knowledge to hire candidates to join our clients' IT, cloud, security, network and data science teams. Use your hiring and communication skills to hire the best and the brightest talents in the world of IT.

• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Coordinate with hiring managers’ / Recruiting partners to determine position requirements
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Create Call Lists
• Create resume lists
• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Daily White Board meetings with internal team Requirements
• Solid PC Skills including entire MS Suite
• Ability to communicate in English via email and Phone
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, Data Analyst
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

- Internal hiring (local or RPO)
- Updating databases internally
- Assisting with payroll and providing necessary employee information
- Assisting with various arrangements internally from travel to basic office needs
