🔹 Job Description
We are a DMW-licensed recruitment agency looking for a Welfare Officer to ensure the protection, monitoring, and well-being of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) deployed through our agency.
The Welfare Officer will serve as the primary contact for worker welfare concerns before and after deployment and will coordinate with employers, foreign partners, and government offices when necessary.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the welfare and working conditions of deployed OFWs
- Receive, document, and resolve welfare-related complaints and concerns
- Provide counseling and guidance to workers when needed
- Coordinate with foreign employers, partners, and Migrant Workers Offices (MWO/DMW)
- Maintain accurate welfare records and submit required reports to DMW
- Assist in problem resolution, repatriation, or contract-related issues when necessary
- Ensure compliance with DMW rules and ethical recruitment standards
🔹 Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (College level preferred)
- Experience in OFW welfare, recruitment, counseling, or case handling is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and confidentiality
- Willing to undergo DMW-required training
- Computer literate (basic reports and documentation)
