Company Profile
Conceptualized in 2010 and conceived in 2017, QIMRA is born is 2018. The primary purpose of QIMRA is to engage in the service of contracting business under the law of the Republic of the Philippines, which aim to source, to assess, to select, to deploy, and to monitor the welfare of OFW either professional, skilled or unskilled workers, temporary or contract basis, according to the legally verified requirements of Foreign Placement Agencies (FPA) and/or foreign employers. The main focus of QIMRA is the client relationship through interpretation of the client’s needs and company culture so QIMRA can carefully conduct a targeted search for candidates who can meet or exceed the requirements. It shall align the best OFW with the available job opportunities abroad by matching the candidate’s knowledge, skills, talents and competencies with the specific job requirement. It shall also find suitable job opportunities for job applicants that deposit the curriculum vitae, resumes and other supporting documents.

We are able to successfully manage the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) requirements by keeping the updated company policies and procedures, guiding our principal/employers to verify their documents in POLO/Philippine Embassy/Consulate, maintaining a document control system for POEA registration/accreditation of principal/employers and/or Foreign Placement Agencies.

8. CREATE A DATABASE OF JOB APPLICANTS. To be able to respond and meet the job applicants’ need, we maintain a more detailed and complex job applicants’ database. Other than the CV, the database will contain phone numbers, mail and e-mail addresses (including immediate family members), application history, work preference and feedback. This is also a tool to keep them updated on the development of their job applications.

RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.QIMRAis faithfully keeping its responsibility and accountability to Philippine government agencies to ensure that foreign principal/employers comply with their legal and contractual obligations to our OFW, which include humane treatment, payment of salaries and benefits, and notification of the Philippine Embassy about any significant development affecting the condition of our OFW. We will assist in the settlement of disputes and report to the government agencies any significant or important situation experienced by an OFW.
