Garnet group started as Division 20 in 2002 in the Special Sales Network of Moldex Realty Marketing Inc. with Maxima C. Dela Paz as its Division Head along with her is five Sales Directors. In 2003, the division was given a new name. Thus, Garnet Group was born. With passion and perseverance, and consistent exemplary performance, the group was given an opportunity to further its status to an AVP group. Maxima C. dela Paz was promoted to Acting Assistant Vice President (AVP) and Sales Directors who qualified were promoted to Acting Sales Division Heads (SDH) namely: Delfin Dimacuha, Pacing Palomo, Eve Betita. With the new name and status, requirements to produce more sales and man-power were raised. Garnet group continued to recruit more agents who could be valuable to its mission. With its persistence and dedication, in just a year the group was able to produce 43 million of sale which made them a full pledged AVP group in 2004. Maxima C. Dela Paz formally took on Assistant Vice President position and Delfin L. Dimacuha and Pacing Palomo formally became Sales Division Heads. From the number of new Sales Directors, there were those who exemplified commendable leadership skills and thus promoted to Sales Division Heads: Gemma Caro, Roger Divinagracia, Vilma Bisoña, Edna Omoso and Jenny Baldo. And Alfredo Gabagat.
