paperwork & payments.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities & local attractions.
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, able to handle customers’
concerns effectively.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent command of English communication, both verbal & written skills
• Newly renewed passport
