⦁ Proven hands-on experience as a Bicycle Mechanic / Technician, with strong skills in bicycle diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
⦁ Proficient in brake adjustment, gear shifting (including electronic systems), wheel truing, wheel building, and drivetrain servicing.
⦁ Knowledgeable in hydraulic brake bleeding, cable and housing replacement, bearing overhaul, and headset and bottom-bracket maintenance.
⦁ Experienced in suspension servicing, dropper-post maintenance, and complete bicycle disassembly and rebuilding.
⦁ Familiar with eBike diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
⦁ Capable of assembling, inspecting, and servicing bicycles according to manufacturer standards, preferably Trek.
⦁ Strong technical problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
⦁ Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues and repair
