Work Asia International Recruitment Agency is a licensed overseas recruitment agency in the Philippines, accredited by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). We specialize in the ethical recruitment and deployment of qualified Filipino workers to trusted partner agencies and employers abroad.

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our growing team and help us match qualified applicants with overseas opportunities.

🔹 Responsibilities
1. Source, screen, and interview applicants for overseas job orders.
2. Review and verify candidate documents for completeness and compliance.
3. Coordinate with training centers, medical facilities, and DMW/POEA for applicant processing.
4. Schedule and facilitate applicant interviews (local and overseas).
5. Assist in job fairs, orientations, and recruitment marketing activities.
6. Maintain updated applicant records and prepare recruitment status reports.
7. Ensure compliance with DMW/POEA rules and ethical recruitment standards.

🔹 Qualifications
1. Preferably College Graduate and with 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience, but not required (experience in overseas recruitment is a plus).
