To: All Deployed OFWs in the Middle East

From: Management, Greenearth Global Resources Services Inc.

Subject: Mandatory Safety Monitoring and Status Update Amid Ongoing Middle East Conflict

In light of the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and pursuant to the directives of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), all Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) deployed by Greenearth Global Resources Services Inc. in the Middle East are hereby directed to strictly observe the following:

1. PRIORITY: SAFETY AND SECURITY
Your safety and welfare remain our highest priority. We strongly advise all deployed OFWs to:

- Remain vigilant and monitor official advisories from local authorities.

- Avoid high-risk or conflict-affected areas.

- Comply with safety instructions issued by your host country.

2. MANDATORY STATUS REPORTING
All OFWs currently in the Middle East are REQUIRED to:

- Send a message to our official company page immediately upon receipt of this memorandum.

- Report your exact current location (city and accommodation).

- Provide an update regarding your current condition and situation.

- Inform us of any movement, relocation, or travel plans.

This reporting requirement is mandatory to ensure accurate monitoring and coordination with concerned government agencies.

3. FOR OFWs EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES
If you are:
- Stranded due to flight cancellations
- Affected by airspace closures
- Experiencing security concerns
- Planning to return to the Philippines
- Facing employment disruptions

You must immediately notify us through our official page or designated contact numbers for proper documentation and assistance.

4. CONTINUOUS MONITORING
Greenearth Global Resources Services Inc. is conducting 24/7 monitoring in compliance with DMW directives. We are coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure all our deployed workers are accounted for and protected.

Failure to report your status may delay assistance and documentation support in case of emergency.
