Job Description
EMAPTA Versatile Services is looking for a high-level Client Services Admin to join the growing team of our AU-based client!

Our client-partner was first established back in 2010 working for a number of small boutique companies, from this date they have grown and now service large and small financial planning businesses throughout Australia.
As Client Services Admin, you will assist Financial Planners around Australia with the administrative duties related to their clients and ongoing business management.
You shall be responsible for:
Contacting superannuation, investment, and insurance companies to collect client information
Entering client information into the advisor's Client Relationship Management program (Xplan, AdviserLogic)
Undertaking super, investment and insurance product comparison reports using the financial planning software and product providers’ website/specific software.
Filling out superannuation, investment, and insurance application forms (paper-based or online).
Client interaction through email and phone.
Monitoring and updating the workflow software program that we use (ClickUp).
Creating Fee Disclosure Statements, Ongoing Service Agreements, Initial Client Engagement Letter, Fee Consent Forms, and more
Data entry and filing of OneDrive and Dropbox Files to Adviser CRM.
Tracking the progress of superannuation/pension, insurance, and investment applications and other documents to completion.
Formatting Statements of Advice and Records of Advice
Ad hoc administration duties as they arise.
You must have:
Excellent English speaking and communications skills.
Extensive experience in completing Xplan WealthSolver and RiskResearcher Comparison Reports
Extensive experience in contacting super, pension, investment and insurance companies to undertake client discoveries, and ad hoc information gathering.
At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in the financial services industry as a Client Services Admin
Extremely high degree of comfort in doing client calls
A bachelor’s degree or at least finished the 2nd year level of college
Strong organizational skills
High comfort level with technology, especially web-based tools
