Production Assistant

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

Live Event Setup & Ex*****on

Set up livestream equipment (cameras, lights, microphones, backdrops, etc.).
Operates TikTok Live Producer / OBS during shows.
Manage transitions, overlays, product visuals, and on-screen graphics.
Monitor and adjust audio and video quality in real time.
Instantly identify and resolve livestream issues.
Maintain backup internet and alternative streaming setups.
Ensure platform compliance to avoid interruptions.
Qualifications

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
1–2 years of experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk support role preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of OBS and livestream setup
Job Type: Full-time
