Position: General Virtual Assistant
Full-time, Remote setup
For Local Client
Rate: 20-40k monthly (depends on years of experience)
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support:
• Email and inbox management
• Calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
• Data entry, database, and file management
• Document preparation, reports, and presentations
• Online research and information gathering
• Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
CRM & HubSpot Support:
• HubSpot CRM data entry and record maintenance
• Updating contacts, deals, and pipelines
• Tracking activities, tasks, and follow-ups
• Basic reporting and dashboard updates
• Supporting lead management and customer lifecycle processes
Social Media Management:
• Scheduling and posting content across social media platforms
• Managing comments, messages, and basic community engagement
• Assisting in content planning and content calendars
• Monitoring engagement metrics and basic performance tracking
Basic Graphic Design Support:
• Creating simple graphics using tools such as Canva
• Designing social media posts, basic banners, and visual assets
• Assisting with branded templates and marketing materials
• Supporting presentation and document visuals
• Scalable support as your business grows
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Experience in email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and content scheduling tools
• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva (or similar platforms)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and workflows
