In view of the issuance of Memorandum Circular No. 136 by the Office of the President, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 60 (s. 1992), which declared the last week of September of every year as Family Week, and Proclamation No. 326 (s. 2012), which declared the fourth Monday of September of every year as “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day, work at the MARINA Central Office shall be suspended on Monday 28 September 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m.
Processing of MARINA Professional License IDs at the MARINA NCR - Trium Square Pasay will be available in the morning .
The THEORETICAL EXAMINATION will proceed as scheduled. Seafarers who are unable to take the examination may apply for “RESCHEDULE WITHOUT PAYMENT” or “RESIT WITHOUT PAYMENT” through the MISMO system starting 29 September 2026.
Meanwhile, the concerned Assessment Centers (ACs) may conduct the Practical Assessment during the afternoon of 28 September 2026, subject to their determination that the prevailing conditions are conducive to its proper conduct. ACs that proceed shall submit the required CCTV recordings within one (1) day after the assessment and ensure strict compliance with the submission of all requirements under Memorandum Circular No. SC-2022-03, Series of 2023.
Seafarers may still access their accounts and view their digital certificates in the MISMO system as needed.
Regular operations and services will RESUME on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.

While we respect our crew members' right to claim legitimate
SSS and other benefits, we have discovered instances of our crews and/or candidates using the signatures of APOMI's Crewing Officers without prior consent to:

REQUEST LOANS & FINANCING
by bypassing proper verification and using unauthorized signatures.

FILE SSS & BENEFIT CLAIMS using forged signatures of Crewing Officers, which constitutes fraud.

ENGAGE IN MISREPRESENTATION by using un-consented officer signatures for personal transactions.

We stand with all seafarers claiming their legitimate entitlements.
However, using a Crewing Officer's signature without clear
authorization is a direct violation of our trust, company policy, and the law.
A legitimate claim can still be filed through proper, authorized procedures.

APOMI HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF ANY SIGNATURES. WE WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE DISCIPLINARY & LEGAL ACTION.

APOMI values integrity, honesty, and mutual trust. We encourage all crew members to follow proper procedures for all official documentation. Let's keep our community respected and our transactions clean.
