As a Client Service Associate, you will be working with our Social Media Account to deliver customer experience through email/phone/chat.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completed 2 years in college
• At least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account
• Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)'
• A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 MBPS download speed is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Amenable to work rotating shifts
• Can work from home and in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
