Job Overview:
Are you tech-savvy with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Technical Support Representative (Voice) for a leading Online Service Provider!

In this role, you will assist customers with password reset issues, setup and troubleshooting of mail clients on desktop and mobile platforms, and provide upselling support for account upgrades. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and driving product value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via voice calls with email setup and configuration on various desktop and mobile platforms.
- Troubleshoot issues related to mail access, password resets, and account login.
- Promote and upsell alternative products and services based on customer needs.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in a Telco, Technical Support, or Upselling account.

Education:
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
Completed 2 years in college (no back subjects)
College Graduates

Willing to work on-site in McKinley West, Taguig.
Amenable to night shifts and shifting schedules.
