We are looking for a Loan Processor with knowledge of Infynity, AOL, My CRM, or ActivePipe CRM and proven experience in the Australian mortgage to join our team. This is a WFH, full-time, day shift schedule.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting an experienced Finance Broker with all administration and processing
• Liaise with Key internal and external stakeholders ensuring a high degree of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Support the lending process from initial meeting and information collection through to property or business settlement
• Maintain CRM database requirements (Infynity, AOL, My CRM, ActivePipe)
• Regular follow ups with Banks and BDM’s to track and monitor through all stages of the application process.
• Emphasis on timely SLA driven outcomes for all clients
• Lender credit policy research & understanding to place each deal where possible
• Packaging & lodging home & investment loan applications – may also include asset, SMSF & commercial
• Writing broker notes
• Reviewing each loan and where necessary adjusting the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender policy
• Compliance focus – Following Red Dragon Financial policies regulated by ASIC & BID
• Communicating regularly with clients and key stakeholders through the loan process on the phone, SMS and email including banks,
solicitors/conveyancers, agents and lender teams as required.
• Ability to Identify cross referral opportunities in asset finance, debt
consolidation, utilities/insurance services
• Successfully managing seamless end to end processes where stakeholders are regularly communicated
Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year as a loan writer or loan processor
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is an advantage (or
willingness to complete one)
• Excellent client relationship and service skills
• Solid negotiation skills with a solution-based mindset
• You have experience using CRMs (Infynity, AOL, My CRM, or ActivePipe CRM) & bank software.
• High level of time management, computer skills – Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom)
• You are a friendly, flexible, team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You have excellent time management & communication skills & the ability to think about the bigger picture
• Self-driven attention to detail and accuracy a must.
