Inbound Sales Representative

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be working in a high-activity,

high detail, and high-performance environment. You will work closely with

customers, removalists, and internal client stakeholders to help take the

stress out of moving for our many customers across Australia. This is a role that will challenge your multitasking and customer service skills daily and through great results will provide opportunities for growth into the future.

In this role, you will:

Engage with thousands of customers who’re looking to move house
Effectively triage and understand each customer’s move requirements
Offer moving solutions in line with a client service offering
Own your own sales pipeline, from initial inbound inquiry (through
various channels), follow up on conversion

Manage & maintain an effective volume of inquiry
Have a high volume of communication with customers (SMS, phone
calls and various channels)

Promote our services to these customers to make sales targets
Provide support and assistance to customers through their move
Undertake administration duties to ensure smooth operations
Develop effective relationships with clients and our staff
Provide a high level of customer service
Interact with all internal and external stakeholders with
professionalism at all times

Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver
added value

What we’re looking for in our next Move Specialist:

Competent sales experience
Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal/telephone skills and intuition
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Persistent approach to time management
Strong and professional communicator
High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness
Excellent planning, organisation, and computer skills
Enjoy working as part of a team
Past experience in sales, logistics or anything that involves a high level
of organisation skills preferred

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager

Life of Colour is a growing, Australian-owned art company with the purpose of being the leading brand for modern art and stationery products in Australia, and for our art supplies and community of
creatives to spread colour and creativity into the homes of families throughout the world.

Roles and Responsibilities
Completing Enrolment of new Creative Kids Customers onto the Platform
- Redeem Creative Kids vouchers over the NSW Government Portal
- Contact customers to troubleshoot incorrect vouchers
- Ensure customers gain access to our program, correlating social media platforms and are able to sign-up to attend courses
-Ensure technical delivery of Creative Kids lessons
- Work with the Life of Colour team and Teachers to ensure everyone is prepared for the technical delivery of each lesson over VC
- Attend each lesson, to troubleshoot virtual conference platform issues and record attendance
-Ensuring all Life of Colour customer orders are sent to the warehouse for shipping
- Work as part of our Operations team to generate shipping labels and packing lists for printing in
a timely manner

We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2 years customer service/business admin experience
- Experience with Zoom, Facebook Live or other web conferencing tools
- A passion for online retail and eCommerce, is highly regarded
- Great communication skills and trustworthy
- Experience in, or is a fast-learner in eCommerce tools such as Shopify, Missive and Starshippit
- Social Media experience
- Great curiosity and is happy to contribute to the wider teamLife of Colour.

We are looking for a Loan Processor with knowledge of Infynity, AOL, My CRM, or ActivePipe CRM and proven experience in the Australian mortgage to join our team. This is a WFH, full-time, day shift schedule.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting an experienced Finance Broker with all administration and processing
• Liaise with Key internal and external stakeholders ensuring a high degree of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Support the lending process from initial meeting and information collection through to property or business settlement
• Maintain CRM database requirements (Infynity, AOL, My CRM, ActivePipe)
• Regular follow ups with Banks and BDM’s to track and monitor through all stages of the application process.
• Emphasis on timely SLA driven outcomes for all clients
• Lender credit policy research & understanding to place each deal where possible
• Packaging & lodging home & investment loan applications – may also include asset, SMSF & commercial
• Writing broker notes
• Reviewing each loan and where necessary adjusting the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender policy
• Compliance focus – Following Red Dragon Financial policies regulated by ASIC & BID
• Communicating regularly with clients and key stakeholders through the loan process on the phone, SMS and email including banks,
solicitors/conveyancers, agents and lender teams as required.
• Ability to Identify cross referral opportunities in asset finance, debt
consolidation, utilities/insurance services
• Successfully managing seamless end to end processes where stakeholders are regularly communicated

Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of 1 year as a loan writer or loan processor
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is an advantage (or
willingness to complete one)
• Excellent client relationship and service skills
• Solid negotiation skills with a solution-based mindset
• You have experience using CRMs (Infynity, AOL, My CRM, or ActivePipe CRM) & bank software.
• High level of time management, computer skills – Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom)
• You are a friendly, flexible, team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You have excellent time management & communication skills & the ability to think about the bigger picture
• Self-driven attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
