OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's vessels, terminals, and related marine activities. This role ensures that all vessel movements, passenger services, cargo operations, and maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with maritime regulations, company policies, and operational standards. The Operations Manager is also responsible for optimizing operational performance, minimizing delays, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily vessel operations and sailing schedules.
• Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations, port requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate vessel maintenance, dry docking, inspections, and repair schedules.
• Monitor passenger boarding, cargo loading, and unloading activities.
• Supervise operational personnel and provide leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Liaise with government authorities, port officials, contractors, and external service providers.
• Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure emergency procedures and safety protocols are implemented and maintained.
• Respond promptly to operational emergencies and unexpected disruptions.
• Life- Saving Appliances (LSA) & Fire-Fighting Appliances (FFA) periodic checks.
• Ensure survey certificates are up to date.

ASSISTANT MANAGER – OPERATIONS
Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in ensuring the efficient coordination of vessel schedules, passenger services, cargo handling, and daily terminal operations. The position assists in maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in coordinating daily vessel departures and arrivals. Monitor vessel schedules and communicate operational updates.
• Coordinate with ship supervisors regarding passenger boarding and cargo activities.
• Support maintenance planning and monitor completion of maintenance works.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Coordinate with ticketing, logistics, engineering, and finance departments.
• Assist in handling operational issues, customer concerns, and emergency situations.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.
