BABALA: MAG-INGAT SA MGA ALOK NA "TRABAHO" SA INTERNET. HUWAG MAGING BIKTIMA NG HUMAN TRAFFICKING o SCAM.

Ayon sa Department of Migrant Workers, tumataas ang kaso ng mg Pilipinong nabibiktima ng cybercrime syndicate at human trafficking sa mga bansang Cambodia, Laos, at Myanmar. Ang mga biktima ay dumanas ng pisikal at sikolohikal na pang-aabuso.

Karamihan sa mga nabiktima ay OFW na nagtatrabaho sa Thailand at Vietnam na naenganyo ng mga ADVERTISEMENT SA INTERNET na nangangako ng mataas na sahod para sa mga tabahong "customer service representative" o "technical support."

Maging maingat at mapanuri. Huwag basta maniwala sa mga alok na trabaho sa internet. Kumpirmahin muna ang mga alok na trabaho sa website ng DMW na www.dmw.gov.ph bago mag-apply.

Basahin ang Advisory No. 76, series of 2022 ng POEA para sa iba pang detalye.

Mag-ingat at maging mapanuri, Kabayan!

Ukol sa mga lumalaganap na banta ng scam sa iba't ibang plataporma ng social media, maging maingat at mapanuri sa mga trabahong iniaalok papuntang ibang bansa. Hindi lahat ng libre ay tama at dumaan sa legal na proseso. Maigi lamang na idulog sa Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) ang mga online postings o messages na kaugnay rito.

Huwag basta basta ibigay ang mga personal na impormasyon sa mga hindi beripikado o awtorisado na tao/ahensiya ng DMW.
