Are you knowledgeable in cocktail preparation and beverage service, with strong customer service skills and the ability to remain composed during busy shifts? 🍸✨

We’re looking for a Bartender who can provide professional guest service while maintaining beverage quality, proper service standards, and the speakeasy’s atmosphere and discretion.

📍 Deployment Location: BGC/Rockwell

✨ What you’ll do:

✔️ Provide warm, refined, and professional guest service while maintaining the speakeasy’s atmosphere and discretion
✔️ Prepare classic and signature cocktails according to house recipes and presentation standards
✔️ Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper portioning while maintaining knowledge of spirits and other beverages
✔️ Verify guest identification, comply with liquor laws, and practice responsible alcohol service
✔️ Accurately handle POS transactions, cash, tips, and end-of-shift tab reconciliation
✔️ Monitor and manage inventory, including FIFO rotation, stock levels, waste reduction, and inventory counts
✔️ Work effectively with barbacks, servers, and management while maintaining professionalism and composure during busy service
✔️ Maintain proper hygiene, appearance, punctuality, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and safety standards

📌 Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable in cocktail preparation and beverage service
• Familiar with POS systems and basic cash handling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain guest confidentiality
• Able to work efficiently and remain composed during busy shifts
• Well-groomed, hygienic, reliable, and team-oriented

We’re looking for a Line Cook who can help maintain consistent food quality, proper preparation, and smooth kitchen service.

📍 Deployment Location: BGC/Rockwell

✨ What you’ll do:
✔️ Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion requirements, temperature guidelines, and plating standards
✔️ Prepare, measure, and portion ingredients accurately while ensuring their freshness and quality
✔️ Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, portion, and timing during service
✔️ Keep the assigned kitchen station clean, organized, properly stocked, and sanitized
✔️ Follow food safety, hygiene, and proper food waste disposal procedures
✔️ Coordinate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, kitchen team, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
✔️ Promptly communicate ingredient, equipment, timing, or service issues to the Sous Chef
✔️ Learn and improve cooking techniques, accept feedback, suggest improvements, and assist or train junior kitchen staff when assigned
