📌 At least 3 months to 1yr BPO solid experience; relevant exp should be within the past 3 years:
- Other Executive Assistant/Administrative Tasks
- Outbound Sales
- Inbound Sales (sales should be part of their main metrics)
- Upselling
- Appointment Setting
- Leads Generation
- B2B or B2C Calling Experience
- Prospecting
- Cold calling
- Telemarketing
- Retentions
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Management
- Data Entry and Management
📌 Tech Requirements:
- Main and back up laptop/desktop atleast i3 or i5 processor (at least 2600 CPU benchmark score) + 8GB RAM + 1GB HDD
- Main and Back up at least 5mbps internet speed (wired)
- OS: Windows 8 / Mac 10.8 or later
- Noise cancellation headset.
