STEP 1: Login to your MISMO Account at
https://online-appointment.marina.gov.ph/

STEP 2: Click “Select Transaction”
STEP 3: Select your desired transaction under the “Certification” tab.
Select the category (Issuance, Revalidation, Replacement)
Select Class (COP)
Select either BASIC TRAINING or BASIC TRAINING REVISED OR WITH UPDATING PSSR on Select Function drop down.

Note: BASIC TRAINING - for seafarers who have taken the OLD Basic Training (64 hrs).

BASIC TRAINING REVISED OR WITH UPDATING PSSR - for seafarers who have taken the Revised BT (72 hrs); or holders of valid COP in BT and have taken the Updating Training PSSR; or have taken old Basic Training (64 hrs) and the Updating Training PSSR.

STEP 4: Click Add Attachment to upload all the necessary requirements. Once completed, click the Submit button.

STEP 5: Select appointment or the date of your evaluation.

STEP 6: Select your date of evaluation , and once you have made your selection, simply click the Proceed button.

STEP 7: Your application is now under final evaluation. Please monitor your MISMO account for updates and the status of your application. No physical appearance is required.

Remember to register on the E-Travel portal prior to your flight. This is mandatory for all arriving international passengers and departing Filipino passengers.

As of January 08, 2024, the PH Bureau of Customs' Baggage Declaration Form and the Currency Declaration Form are now integrated into the E-Travel System, along with the Bureau of Quarantine's Health Declaration Form and the Bureau of Immigration's Departure and Arrival Cards. This development aligns with the Philippine government's aim to digitize all CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) paper forms into one electronic platform.
