Earlier today, one of our customers returned their Lechon Belly order. Why? She claimed dili exact 4kg ilang na receive na order.

Did you know? Meat shrinks when cooked. But the customer won't budge and insisted we're at fault. To avoid any more conflict especially at the start of 2022, we returned her payment. And now we have a Php 2,100 worth of lechon belly in our hands. That money could have been saved, or the food could have gone to another customer unta.

To our future customers, please be considerate pud sa small businesses like ours. We invest our resources, manpower, and time to serve you. Dili lalim magpadagan og negosyo labaw na karon na pandemya.

We're the oldest roasting house in Mangagoy, having been in the business since 1974. We won't last this long without the support and trust of our customers.

Hope this won't happen again.
