About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated fresh graduate to join our IT team as an IT Engineer / Programmer. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in IT support while also developing skills in software programming and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Programming / Development Tasks:
· Assist in developing internal tools, scripts, and simple applications.
· Support system updates, testing, and documentation.
· Help maintain and improve existing in-house software.
· Collaborate with the IT team to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., reports, workflows).
· Participate in project discussions, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge in the following is an advantage:
- Programming languages (Java, JavaScript)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Windows OS, MS Office
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred (but not required)
· OJT/Internship experience in IT support or software development.
· Knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, or basic cybersecurity.
· Experience using version control tools (Git).
