Job Summary:
- Oversees the overall work of the deployed employees and ensures that their work performance meets the clients needs and standards.
- Manages the inventory of supplies, including the detailed records of inventory. Facilitates the requisitioning order for supplies in a timely manner.
- Ensures that the deployed employees maintain high standard of work performance through regular visits or/an inspections.

Qualifications:
* With at least 2 years of experience as Project Supervisor
* Willing to travel within Cebu province.

Job Qualifications:

- Holder of Diploma/ Higher Certificate/ Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years experience in Building Services field
- Has held same or similar positions as Senior Multi Skilled Technician or Sr. Building Technician.
- Experience in working on critical systems
- With or without valid Driver’s license -this will be dependent on account type
- Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS system
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety Requirements
- Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems.
