Today, our leaders took part in a vital training session—Leader’s Guide to Employee Discipline & Due Process—guided by guest speaker, Atty Melanie Ardines Tuquib.

Ensuring proper due process and constructive discipline protects both our people and our organization. Grateful to Attorney Melanie for sharing invaluable insights, and to our leadership team for committing to fair management! ⚖️💼
