From Field Technician to Manager.

15 years of hard work, dedication, and growth.

His journey was never easy. Every day, he monitored operations, organized the workflow, and ensured that every process ran smoothly—all while balancing his time, priorities, and responsibilities. But despite the weight of the work, one thing kept him going: his passion to improve and transform the system.

From being a Field Technician in 2010, he became a Team Leader, a Junior Supervisor, a Supervisor, a Senior Supervisor, an Assistant Manager, and now—a Manager.

WE’RE HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE

Are you driven, confident, and passionate about sales? Join our growing team and build a rewarding career with us!

What You’ll Do:

• Sell, promote, and market FMIDC products and services
• Build and expand strong client networks
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals based on client needs
• Conduct product presentations and pre-selling activities
• Negotiate proposals and close deals
• Monitor projects from proposal stage up to payment

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Business-related course preferred)
• At least 6 months sales experience is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Willing to do field work and extended hours
• With driving skills and license (Restriction 1 & 2 preferred)

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Confident and presentable
• Strong in communication and public relations
• Skilled in selling and negotiation
• Goal-oriented and self-driven

WE’RE HIRING: TECHNICIANS

Do you have hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and repair? Be part of our technical team and grow your expertise with us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM)
• Inspect and diagnose equipment issues
• Repair and rebuild generator sets, ACUs, and electrical devices
• Respond to emergency service calls when needed
• Prepare daily and weekly service reports
• Coordinate site concerns with supervisors

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Engineering Technology or Vocational Technical courses (Automotive Servicing, DOM-RAC/RAC, or related field)
• At least 1 year experience in maintenance and repair
• Knowledge in gensets and/or air-conditioning units
• Willing to do field work within NCR and Luzon
• With driving skills and license preferred
