Project Engineer / Estimator

Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and quantity takeoffs based on plans and specifications
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
• Assist with permits and job documentation
• Communicate with clients throughout projects
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Help ensure projects stay efficient and within budget
• Support job oversight and ensure timelines are met
• Analyze architectural and structural drawings

What We’re Looking For:
• Willing to be assigned in Cavite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in estimating, construction, or project coordination preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple jobs at once
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and costing
• Proficient in Excel or estimating software
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Knowledgable in civil works at basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sanitary (MEPS)

Qualifications:
• Background in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying
• With 3-5 years experience
• Experience with Philippine construction projects
• Experience preparing BOM for residential or commercial builds

HIRING: ENGINEER/ESTIMATOR
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, construction science, or any other related field.
- With experience in Structural and Architectural estimates.
- Willing to be located in Cavite
- Preparing cost estimates at various stages of design from schematic and budget to detailed take-off and pricing
- Participating in project meetings, reviewing schedules, and preparing reports
- Exploring documentations in order to gain a deep understanding of project requirements
- Building and maintaining healthy and long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and other project managers
- Creating and presenting reports to management
- Performing complex analysis of collected data and metrics
- Visiting sites, warehouses, and other venues necessary in order to do estimates
- Collecting and analyzing data by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other related documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing blueprint drawings, and creating and maintaining appropriate logs for all construction projects
- Negotiating construction prices with subcontractors for competitive bidding
-Ability to forecast the cost of high-ticket, involved building developments.
-Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents.
