Graduate of a four yr college degree with less than one year office experience
Currently based in Metro Manila preferably near Mandaluyong City
Excellent communication skills
Typing speed 35 wpm
Highly resourceful, excellent researcher, organized, with planning and coordinating skills
Must be able to provide his own pc with we**am
With fast and reliable internet connection at home
With reliable Globe mobile signal for voice calls and text messages at home
With own bank account/gcash/paymaya for payroll purposes
Willing to work Mon-Sat 8am-5pm during probationary period with a possibility of moving to Mon-Fri when regularized
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City once normal operations resume
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to sales and operations department of the company
Assist in the planning and internal and external coordination of business transactions
Database Encoding and Management
Deliver and Pick up documents from time to time
