EDUCATION DIVISION SUPERVISOR

Add Even Manpower Resources and Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a competent and experienced professional to join our team as an Education Division Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee division operations, supervise marketing initiatives, ensure proper documentation management, and support program development and ex*****on.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate marketing and promotional activities of the Education Division.
2. Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of division programs, seminars, and educational initiatives.
3. Manage and maintain operational documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, trackers, and reports.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and program ex*****on.
5. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational targets.
6. Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.
7. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.
8. Support field marketing initiatives, seminars, and promotional events when necessary.
Qualifications
-Bachelorโs Degree in Psychology, Organizational - Development, Management, Education, Marketing, or other related fields.
-Minimum of 5 years professional experience in supervision, marketing operations, program coordination, or administrative management.
-Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
-Experience in process improvement, documentation management, and operational reporting.
-Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
