π·οΈ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
π·οΈ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
π·οΈ Proficient in Microsoft Office
π·οΈ Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
π·οΈ Preferably residing within Lipa, Malvar and Tanauan City area
Job Description:
β¨ Handle recruitment and on boarding activities
β¨ Coordinate employeesβ deployment and client requirements
β¨ Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and employee records
β¨ Assist employees with HR-related concerns and requests
β¨ Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee files
β¨ Coordinate with clients and deployed employees
β¨ Conduct fieldwork, site visits, and employee monitoring as needed
β¨ Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned
β¨ Manages workplace safety protocols and OSH reporting
