You are responsible for providing high quality assistance via calls platform and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.

Salary Package: PhP 21,000 - PhP 22,000

REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed 2 years of college but with 1 year Customer Service Experience (BPO / Non-BPO)
- At least 18 years old
- Good communications skills
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Willing to work at TELUS Mckinley Ayala Site
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules
- Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth Document and SSS Document
