We’re Hiring: Operations & Real Estate Transactions VA
📍 Remote (Philippines) | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Markel Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support operations, real estate transactions, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Admin
- Manage backend tasks and company documentation (Microsoft Drive)
- Track PTO, mileage, and internal records
- Maintain mailing lists, contact databases, and operational files
- Real Estate Transaction Coordination
- Assist with property transfers and closing documents (Dot Loop)
- Coordinate between team, lenders, and title companies
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of transaction documents
CRM & Communication:
- Maintain Follow-Up Boss and OmniAI CRMs
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, and tenant communications
- Track tasks and workflows in Asana
- Social Media & Marketing
- Schedule and post content on company social media
- Assist with newsletters and marketing communications
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with Asana or similar task tools
- Familiarity with real estate transactions or property management
- Skilled in cloud document management (Microsoft Drive)
- Excellent English communication
- Experience with real estate CRMs (Follow-Up Boss preferred)
- Success in the First 30–60 Days
- CRM records and operational tasks are maintained independently
- Transaction documents are processed accurately
- Marketing and social media tasks are completed on schedule
