We are looking for Operations Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality performance and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Operations Manager responsibilities include maintaining the Food stall's revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient Food Hall operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you will oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety Food regulations.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our Food Hall runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a Operations Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a manager
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Acute financial management skills
BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

They maintain and determine records of assets, liabilities, profits and loss and tax liabilities. Accountants make numerous computations each day and must be comfortable using computers to calculate and record data.

PM/OM JOB DESCRIPTION

-The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
-Oversee all aspects of projects.
-Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. -Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
-He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project
are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
-May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

OM/PM RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
-Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
-Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
-Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
-Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop business proposals for new and existing stores and concepts.
-Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
-Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
-Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, and industry trends.
