Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join our team as an Accounting Assistant!

Qualifications:
- Must be an Accounting graduate (Non-CPA)
- Must have at least 3–5 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Must have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and tax compliance
- Must have experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Must have excellent Excel skills
- Must have experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems is an advantage
- Must be comfortable working with different systems and checking data between CRM and accounting systems
- Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and follow established processes

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and recording invoices, expenses, and payments
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Preparing and maintaining Statements of Account (SOA)
- Assisting with customer payment monitoring and follow-ups
- Performing bank reconciliations
- Checking supplier invoices, amounts, details, and supporting documents
- Assisting with invoicing and document verification
- Maintaining accurate accounting records
- Processing and recording expenses and other payments
- Assisting with month-end closing and finance reports
- Assisting with tax-related accounting and compliance
- Working with CRM and accounting systems to ensure accurate information
- Providing general accounting and administrative support

Preferred Experience:
QuickBooks
HubSpot or other CRM systems
Multi-currency transactions
