POSITION: RECRUITMENT AND DEPLOYMENT TEAM LEAD

Overview:

The Recruitment and Deployment Team Lead will oversee both the Recruitment Team and the Processing & Deployment Team, ensuring efficient sourcing, documentation, visa coordination, and successful deployment of US-bound healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in US nurse hiring and deployment, with expertise in documentation, visa processing, and immigration coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing the Recruitment and Processing/Deployment teams
- Managing and overseeing the end-to-end process of TN and EB-3 visa sponsorships for international nurses
- Partnering with post-acute care facilities across the U.S. to identify and match qualified nurses with full-time openings
- Guiding candidates through VisaScreen certification and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinating relocation logistics including travel arrangements, housing support, and onboarding assistance
- Ensuring timely deployment and compliance with DMW and U.S. requirements
- Providing regular updates and recommendations to management

Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in U.S. nurse hiring and deployment
- Strong knowledge of TN and EB-3 visa sponsorship processes and U.S. immigration regulations
- Familiarity with VisaScreen certification requirements and procedures
- Strong background in visa processing, immigration documentation, and DMW compliance
- Proven leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Must have at least 5 years of continuous work experience as a Forklift / Telehandler Mechanic
