📝 Posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling initial interviews, and endorsing shortlisted candidates to respective managers.
⏰ Timekeeping and payroll management.
💵 Handling petty cash and administrative tasks.
📊 Monitoring employee KPIs and maintaining records.
📋 Negotiating contracts with prospective employees.
🤝 Supporting company programs and fostering company culture.
💡 Preparing and submitting weekly reports to management.
📅 Attending meetings and executing HR-related tasks assigned by the General Manager.

✨Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
✅ Must be knowledgeable in Philippine worker laws.
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✅ Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
✅ Excels in time management
✅ Disciplined and has structured work ethic
